Amul ADA - Mobile application for ADAs
Amul ADA is a mobile application for Android users developed by HOISD. It is a free app in the Business & Productivity category with a size of 1.25 MB. The app has not yet been uploaded to Google Play Store and can be installed using the provided link.
After a one-time activation by HO/ISD, the user can log in with their ADA SAP code of 7 digits - numeric and default password "user." The app has two options for ADAs to place SKU-wise orders- ADA level and Retailer level. All SKUs of MMO are displayed with ADA price per crate under the "Add favourite" option. The app is linked with SAP real-time and shows the latest updated SAP balances.
The "Assigned Vehicle" option displays the list of vehicles assigned to ADA in SAP, which MMO maintains. The app has a feature to create order templates for AM or PM orders, and all saved templates will be available for placing the order under the "Review" option. The app requires internet connectivity while placing the order, and a warning message will be displayed if the order value is more than the available credit limit. The app also has features like Submitted Order List, Notification, Account ledger & Crate ledger, Multiple account in the same login, and MMO-wise order time restriction, which are under development.
